Refund Policy

At Amafhh Foundation, we strive to provide excellent services and programs to our participants. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested. This refund policy outlines the conditions and process for requesting and receiving refunds.

1. Eligibility for Refunds: a. Refunds are eligible under the following circumstances: i. Program cancellation by Amafhh Foundation due to insufficient enrollment, unforeseen circumstances, or other reasons. ii. Participant withdrawal from a program before the start date, subject to specific program terms and conditions. iii. Overpayment or duplicate payment made by the participant.

2. Non-Refundable Fees: a. Certain fees, such as registration fees or administrative fees, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the program terms.

3. Refund Request Process: a. Participants must submit a refund request in writing, clearly stating the reason for the refund and providing supporting documentation if required. b. Refund requests should be sent to the designated contact or email address provided by Amafhh Foundation.

4. Refund Approval and Processing: a. Refunds are subject to approval by Amafhh Foundation’s management or designated authority. b. Once approved, refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 30 days of the refund request approval. c. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

5. Partial Refunds: a. In some cases, partial refunds may be granted based on the time of withdrawal or the services already provided. b. Refund amounts may be adjusted to account for any applicable non-refundable fees or costs incurred by Amafhh Foundation.

6. Program Cancellations: a. In the event of program cancellation by Amafhh Foundation, participants will be notified, and refunds will be issued in full, including any applicable fees.

7. Dispute Resolution: a. If a participant disagrees with the refund decision, they may request a review or escalate the matter to higher management within Amafhh Foundation. b. All decisions regarding refunds are final, unless there are exceptional circumstances warranting further review.
